This is very exciting! Who is the builder? Who did the landscape plan and planting? How did they earn points?

This IS very exciting. Troy Warner of Built Right Custom Homes is the builder. www.builtrightcustomhomes.com.
The certification is being verified through the NC Solar Center. I have a complete set of specs for the certification with a projected Silver rating and only 1.5 points away from LEED Gold. The specs are available if you would like a copy. I am unsure who the lanscaping contractor is or if Troy has choosen one yet, but I will add that information as soon as it's known. I'll be out at the site tomorrow morning for a weekly photo op and have pictures posted this weekend. Keep checking back!
