Home is Completed

It has been a wonderful learning experience. Troy has created a home that is beautiful, eco-friendly, and efficient. Learning what goes into a home undergoing points for LEED-H and NAHB Green has been great. It is surprising that just a bit of extra time in planning how easy it is to build better and smarter for the planet.
This home is a pssion for Troy and it shows in the smallest details.
There are currently great financing programs out there that recognize energy efficient homes. For more details, give me a call.

We will have this open on rotating weekends and I am happy to schedule private looks.

Keller Williams Enjoys a Green Tour

Troy Warner welcomes Keller Williams agents interested in learning of green building and techniques used in the construction of this home. KW agents asked many good questions and all enjoyed the tour. Kelly Allen was the lucky winner of the Kleen Kanteen water bottle give-away; which was fitting due to her involvement with organizing the KW team tour. Thank you all for a great visit!

This past Friday, local Realtors got a first hand look at SPIDER Insulation being installed. Troy was on hand to answer the detailed product questions. We were all given a look at the prep work involved prior to blowing in the insulation. Some photos on this new update include caulking and sealing of electrical boxes.
